Creating a dedicated Arma 3 server on Windows is much the same as any Steam game. I run ARMA III on ultra with 2,5km view distance on my setup and while I am not geting 60FPS stable at all I cant say that it is unplayable on 35-50FPS with peaks to over 60 sometimes (in MP with 80 people+).
